1Who We Are

VisitorIQ ("we", "our", "us") is an AI-based real estate site visit intelligence platform built and operated from India. We help real estate developers and sales teams capture authentic visitor intelligence — real budgets, true objections, and buying intent — directly at property project sites.

2Information We Collect

We collect information in several ways depending on how you interact with VisitorIQ.

From Property Visitors (via Guestbook)

Name, mobile number, email address, city of residence, property type interest, budget range, purchase timeline, source of discovery, and optional feedback/comments entered into the digital guestbook at a real estate project site.

From Real Estate Developers / B2B Clients

Business name, contact person name, phone number, email address, billing details, project information (project name, location, unit configurations, pricing), and team member credentials for dashboard access.

From Sales Agents (via Agent Feedback)

Agent name, site visit date/time, visitor assessment notes, objection categories, follow-up priority tags, and body-language/intent signals captured during site visits.

Automatically via Technology

Device type, browser type, IP address (anonymised after 24 hours), page interaction data, session duration, and guestbook form completion rates. We use Google Tag Manager (GTM-NS94NFKV) for analytics event tracking.

Via WhatsApp Messaging

Phone number, message delivery status, message read receipts, and any replies or responses you send back to our WhatsApp Business number as part of follow-up automation flows. See Section 4 for full details.

3How We Use Your Information

We use collected information for the following purposes:

We do not sell personal information to third parties. We do not use visitor data for advertising targeting outside of the service purpose described above.

4WhatsApp Business Messaging

VisitorIQ uses the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) to send automated messages to property visitors who provide their phone number at the site guestbook. This section discloses how this service works in full transparency.

Opt-In Mechanism

Consent is collected at the guestbook form via a clearly visible, separate checkbox with the text: "I agree to receive WhatsApp messages from [Developer Name] via VisitorIQ regarding my site visit and property information." This checkbox is unchecked by default. No messages are sent without this affirmative opt-in.

Opt-Out / Unsubscribe

You can opt out of WhatsApp messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. Alternatively, contact us at ashish@visitoriq.in or call +91 70000 40994 to request removal from our messaging list. Opt-out requests are processed within 24 hours.

Message Frequency

We send a maximum of 3–5 WhatsApp messages per visit cycle (visit confirmation, follow-up survey, property info, and callback scheduling). After 30 days of the site visit, messaging for that visit cycle ends unless you have separately opted in to ongoing developer communications.

Applicable Policies

All WhatsApp messaging conducted by VisitorIQ complies with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta's Commerce and Business Policy. Message templates are pre-approved by Meta before use.

5Data Sharing & Disclosure

We share data only as described below. We never sell personal data.

All third-party service providers are bound by data processing agreements (DPAs) and are obligated to protect data to standards at least equivalent to this policy.

6Data Retention

We retain data for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes in this policy, or as required by law.

Visitor guestbook submissions 24 months from date of visit, or for the duration of the client subscription, whichever is shorter — then deleted or anonymised
WhatsApp messaging logs 12 months from last message, then purged

Developer/client account data Duration of subscription + 3 years for billing/legal compliance
Anonymised analytics Retained indefinitely (no personal identifiers)

Upon termination of a developer client's account, all associated visitor data is deleted within 60 days, except where retention is required by applicable law.

7Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data:

8Your Rights & Choices

Under the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 and applicable data protection principles, you have the following rights:

Right to Access

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

Right to Correction

You can request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data we hold.

Right to Erasure

You can request deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal retention obligations.

Right to Withdraw Consent

Where processing is based on consent (e.g., WhatsApp messaging), you may withdraw consent at any time. Reply STOP to any WhatsApp message, or email us to withdraw consent for other processing.

Right to Grievance Redressal

If you believe your rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with us first. If unresolved, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India (once constituted under the DPDP Act, 2023).

To exercise any of these rights, email ashish@visitoriq.in with subject line "Data Rights Request". We respond within 30 days.

9Children's Privacy

VisitorIQ is a B2B platform designed for real estate professionals and adult property buyers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age.

If you believe a minor has submitted information through our platform, please contact us at ashish@visitoriq.in and we will delete that data promptly.

10Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will:
